Jennifer Aniston admits she was “kind of a mess” after giving birth to son Moses in 2011
Aniston has been open about her drug use for years, and she says that her son’s discovery that she had used cocaine before he was born was “really, really” upsetting.
She told ABC’s The View that the experience “was really hard for me” and that it “was even worse when I found out my firstborn had been conceived as a result of a drug deal” which she later referred to as “a dirty drug deal.”

“It was kind of a terrible thing to learn about my son, and also, that I had used drugs before we were even married and it just kind of ate at me for a long time,” she said.
“It was really, really upsetting to find out about this because it was my son, and that’s why I kind of kept in these little bits of me,” she continued.
“These little pieces that I can put him in his place and know that that’s normal for him.”
