A 67-year-old man accused of physically attacking a woman in their home in northern California has now been arrested by the police after his neighbors reported that he was using their garden as his own.
Robert ‘Tiger’ Johnson, who was allegedly in a wheelchair and partially paralyzed, had his hands wrapped in bandages as he was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, conspiracy to commit a felony, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon and domestic violence.
The suspect, who was arrested on Thursday by police and taken to jail, is being held without bail until his arraignment.
Neighbors of Johnson said that the man had been living in the home that his wife Nancy Pelosi, 68, was staying in for the last year.

‘I’ve never had one thing happen to me,’ Rep. Barbara Lee of California, a member of the Congressional Black Caucus told the Daily Mail. ‘I really can’t even imagine that happening, in my entire life, to any of my colleagues in the Congress.
‘I am totally horrified.’
Police were called to the home in the town of Orland, in the San Joaquin Valley, by a neighborhood woman after she saw a man she described as in his wheelchair and partially paralyzed standing in her backyard.
It was around 7.00 in the morning on Monday when the woman called 911, saying that ‘he was making comments to my husband, that he was a Republican, and would beat him up.’
